The mission of Tonic is to educate the young women of social media, in hopes of spreading awareness of the diet culture and enable users to self recognize and gain self awareness of the content they are consuming. This was done through the process of creating a magazine, newsprints, postcards and a space for users to engage with the different pieces of design as well as reflect on themselves and others.
